It was great having to hear the sargent give motivitional speeches to his marines and to hear him say funny things. Wished he came back somehow, which isn’t happening unless 343 Industries some how finds a way to revive him. (If he does come back, it be nice if he shoots Palmer in the head with a BR for talking so much.)
Killing a character like Keyes so early on was much worse.
Sgt Johnson needs to teach theses spartan 4s a lesson
Not to the point where I want him back. Bringing him back after we sent him out with a bang, i feel would ruin the character.
I can actually picture him and Palmer interacting.
Palmer - “Sergeant, took you long enough to show up.”
Johnson - “For being dead twice, I think I made pretty good time.”
he could come back… as a 1/3 guilty spark 1/3 flood hybrid! he’d be like the didactic’s darth vader and he’d go around hunting reclaimers, until surprise ending… he betrays the didactic and dies! I just wrote the entire script for halo 5, could I get some fan art for this

Johnson is dead. So is Cortana deal with it. I never got the huge fuss about Johnson. He seemed to be a fount of one liners and black cliches nothing more in the games. I liked his character in Contact Harvest but that is far different character.
Sgt Johnson was indeed one of the most badass characters to be around. Halo surely hasn’t been the same since his death…
