I am having no luck with online chat support. Should I try phone support? I cannot stand digital copy, and which is the whole point I left PC for console.

I can’t they need receipt.
They don’t need the receipt. They don’t need photos. They only need the code and your info.
I’ve heard many people complaining about the trade in process, and maybe since it’s new the support techs don’t know all the details. I must of gotten lucky and got a good one. I would definitely call them on the phone instead of the online chat thing.
You would have to ask about your bonuses. I think some of the bonuses are included with the same code that let’s you download the game.
