Very unfortunate. You’re right though. I have an open ticket as well. When I played h5 it took about a week to get the resolved email confirmation. Maybe less …Thought that games population was very low when I submitted a ticket. I’d like to believe that the reason why is the amount of cases. Perhaps being overwhelmed by it. However I have no idea. I dont know the size of their team. I do know that the times I’ve used the support site worked every single time in the past halo tho. In this one idk maybe there’s just so much back log since it’s new and the player count was very high at the start…with many problems as well.
No, support is there.
I got banned for trying to play BTB. I didn’t realise it was for 5 mins so obviously raised a ticket appealing it, that has been answered and Ive had back and forth with a rep regarding the fact that ban will forever be on my record.
The ones Ive submitted regarding cheating are just sat stagnating, they are over a month old. If they were overwhelmed then and still not through to those, I can only imagine the backlog now.
They are not interested. They just want you to suck it up and go buy some coatings or an armor effect.
Those reports are different though. They’re sorted. Like the type of problem you are having goes to different sections, and some would be easier to resolve than others. I’ve seen players banned that were on the lead boards while many of us were talking about the cheater that got banned so it does work. It’s not a wasted effort, but to see it open for over a month I agree is definitely not good.
When using the report tool though, you have to select report a player, and that gets handled differently than submitting a ticket for something else. I accidentally submitted a ticket without selecting report player and the agent emailed me and said to submit another ticket and select report player, otherwise it will not be seen by the right people.
got ya.
They must be overwhelmed then. Shame they didn’t implement an actual anti cheat to do the heavy lifting automatically.
I’m largely over the game now to be honest, so for all I care they can just delete the tickets Ive raised.
I won’t touch ranked until the cheats are permabanned.
I don’t know if it’s that bad. But once you have a couple games where your team quits and then a couple cheater games…it just gets under my skin when play time is limited for me
Have entire systems been banned before? As someone mentioned, cheaters can easily create a new account, but if a system was detected as having a lot of banned accounts, I imagine they could easily block the console, and not just individual accounts, right?
I just don’t see any reason to play a game competitively when the hit registration decides matches
Or when hidden MMR is vastly different than visible CSR. Did you see the bot bootcamp MMR post tonight? Makes zero sense whatsoever.
well idk about cheaters, I just finished all my cross play ranked matches and won 8 out of ten and was first and second place on my team in every match even dropped 32Ks in an oddball match against a full stack of plats and it put me in gold 6 WTF
Don’t touch ranked, so no. lol
I can’t speak for cheaters because I haven’t seen any blatant ones but ranked is becoming unbearable with the latency network issues
I am, but the sooner I get rank Onyx in Solo/Duo controller, the better and I can give this game up. Already got it in Open, I gave this game more than enough chances.
But what about Xbox’s awesome infallible enforcement? Ya know? The same enforcement that has given hundreds of thousands of people accidental perma bans this week. What about those guys? I mean support tells me the system is infallible at picking up cheaters, griefers and toxic gamers!!!
Don’t put THIS entire issue on 343.
