Anyone like this game?

I love it.

I love Halo 4!!!

Tts better that most FPS’s out there but I wouldnt say I love it…ask me again on the 20th

You like Halo 4? Hey, that’s great. Nothing wrong with that at all. However, this seems a bit like spam. If someone were to make the same topic with the different side of the coin, I’m sure you’d reach the same conclusion. After all a thread where people just say “Love it” or “Hate it”, doesn’t have much discussion value.

I suggest opening up the discussion a bit by explaining why you like the game an asking why others like the game. That way you start a discussion on the positive merits of the game and why they are good.

Just a small suggestion.

Alrighty then, makes sense.

I really enjoyed the Campaign. I love the missions Midnight and Infinity; They are my favorite. At the least, it’s better than Halo 3’s.

I love the Prometheans as enemies. I find them overall fun to fight. I love the way they work together, and find the Knights the most fun. I find the Knight Battlewagons to be the most fun (especially when they Flood-jump!). They do have some annoying features though (Watchers overall but that’s their job, but it makes their teamwork with the other enemies fun and interesting; I don’t like the fact that the Knight’s shields can recharge while they teleport). At the least, they definitely spice up Halo’s gameplay by a lot.

I’m kinda upset that the Covenant weren’t adjusted in anyway, really. But two things helped that out:

  1. The Prometheans make you almost forget that the Covenant are the same thing again
  2. In Spartan Ops, when they used Forerunner weapons. It was a shocker, raised an eyebrow, and makes fighting those variants more appealing/new.

I really liked Spartan Ops. It added much more lore to the universe, and opened up quite a few good discussions. I liked the fact that you had to wait a week for the next Episode, made the waiting exciting every time. It basically took the basics of Firefight, and put a story into it (which is what 343i wanted to do, so I say they did a great job here).

I really like the Forge. The generating lighting, duplication, magnets, grav volumes, and player trait zones are some new features that I love. I love the fact that you can have Green Screens and Trees now. Forge Island is what Forgers asked for while also being doable with the dying engine. I love the variety of the maps, and the different skins of the walls and other objects, which allows much more diversity than Reach’s did. Though Halo 4’s Forge isn’t as huge as Reach’s (thanks to the dying engine), it paid attention to some things that most Forgers complained about.

I love the Multiplayer for multiple reasons. Flood, firstly, is what I’ve been wanting since Halo 3 (as well as many others), and that is Flood Combat Forms while infected in Infection. I’m very happy that 343i did that. I also love the Custom Loadouts. While it does have its issues (of course, I didn’t expect it to be perfect on the first try), I still love it overall. I can finally run around with my BR and Plasma Rifle at spawn (or in this game, LightRifle and Storm Rifle). AA’s are balanced and well done (though I wish Jet Pack didn’t exist, and Active Camo was a power-up). And I just overall enjoy the gameplay.

I like your reasons because I can agree with most of them

Not me :\

Oh ME ME ME! Pick ME

Meh, it’s alright but lately the fun level has gone down dramatically. I can’t get myself to enjoy this game.

I gave up on it on H4 on June 6th and went back to Reach for multiplayer.

Campaign was good, Spartan Ops (the second half especially) was fun too.

But playing playing multiplayer for WarGames, Co-op Campaign or Co-Op Spartan Ops was just a lag fest by at least 0.5+ seconds 70% of the time.

Halo Reach and 4 other titles play just fine (i.e. no more than 0.1 seconds of lag) 95% of the time on my connection - so it isn’t me - it isn’t my internet - it’s H4.

And no game is fun when your continually lagged by 0.5 to 5 seconds.

I like it but still not as much as I did Halo 3. Halo 3 was epic.

Simply love Halo 4 since day one.

lol there’s been similar threads like this and my responses has been more or less the same so I’m just going quote myself from other threads too. At this rate I wonder if a fifth person would ask the similar question this week.

Is Halo 4 worth playing now?

> I haven’t stop playing since release day, don’t see why not.

I’m having fun, are you?

> Been playing since release day and the fun hasn’t stop for me at least.

Who is actually enjoying the game still?

> I still enjoy the game and I have been playing since release day.

All halo games are good.

I love it more.

It’s my least favorite halo game.

Absolutely agree. I like it better than any other current FPS option, by far, but there are things that could change to make it better.

Halo 4 overall is Good and I liked playing it, BUT;

as pointed out above its hard to enjoy or get into a game (campaign, sparten ops, and MM) that lags a lot (not all the time or some times not even a whole game)more then any other game I’ve played (Reach included).

that being said, you must copy and paste this a lot cause I know i’ve seen the exact wording in at least 6 other threads (or more then that it seems)

It’s not a copy and paste, I type it each and every time.

I spent $90 CDN for the LE H4 release, have a broken multiplayer game with DLC packs I can’t play when I want to (one DLC slot for war games and 3+ dlc map packs), so I’m going to make my displeasure known to 343. Since the H4 forum is the only way to send 343 feedback and hopefully get some transaction with other people whom are equally annoyed with 343, your going to see my postings pop up when people ask “are you happy with H4” or “Lag” in the forums.

It’s a fun game and I’m still playing it. The only thing that regularly pisses me off is the lag.
