In section 3 of the bulletin it says this

…\images\mc?-???-???-???-???-???-???-???\classified.mp4

Im sure this has been solved already but i wasnt able to find out myself and I was going through some of the pages in the ARG thread but didnt see anything and i asked about it but no one replied. So anyone what it is?
