You can’t render/download Halo 3, ODST, Reach or Halo 4 videos.
You could however visit http://www.halorenders.com/ and request for your clip to be downloaded & recorded.
You need a capture card or digital camera with capture functions. Cheapest option is called EasyCap available on eBay or Amazon for under $10. Quality is pretty low though. But if you have a good lap top with great USB ports… Then its pretty nice.
