Any other mode is fine, just BTB is rigged at the moment.
Had the same issue here. Open the Ports on your router that Infinite uses and restart everything. Fixed my problem
Ports:
TCP: 3074
UDP: 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500
Already done, no go.
I just finished a quick play and now it says offline and gave me the error about the “Halo Infinite lobby service”. Rebooted the game, still can’t connect.
Maybe they messed something up when they released the update today. Who knows but if this isn’t an issue you have had before I would say its on their end. I haven’t been on since the new update this morning so cant say that I have or have not been affected. Guess Ill find out tonight …

Ya BTB has been an issue since the beta. Plus it will mess up your weeklies and not count them when the server has an error.
Just got done a FFA match, no weekly advancement, no score, no xp.
This is pathetic after a year delay. 343 and Microsoft should be embarrassed. Players def need not spend anymore money on this game to prove a point just like players did to Gears 5.
