My reqs won’t load in game and the packs you receive for the daily wins were not granted. Anyone else having issues today?
Try hard resetting your xbox. Played many games today with virtually no issues.

Do people really have to hard reset their Xbox to get their REQs to load? I’ve seen this said a ton of times and I’ve never had to do it. When I start up the game all I have to do is wait 30 seconds to a minute for it to load and it’s fine.

I had to do that once.

If you finish games like OP, and your req’s don’t load, it won’t be “fine” until you hard reset your xbox. Otherwise, usually waiting a minute will let the req’s load.

Pretty sure I’ve solved that issue by just force-closing Halo 5 and starting it back up. Idk if I have a magic copy of the game or what. Not saying the issue doesn’t affect people, I’ve just never experienced it.
For me I have to do a hard reset start all the time for various issues. Ive never reset my xbox this many times in my life! lol.

Ok, let’s think about this for just a minute … should we really have to reset every time we want to play? After the last update I do and obviously others do also. This is an issue that needs to be corrected.
I haven’t had to reset my Xbox ever. If my REQ packs don’t load, I usually just exit all the way to the main menu and they’ll load there.
Thanks for the unput. I’ll try hard resetting my xbox and see if that fixes it.
I’ve reset my Xbox, my modem, my router, my mother. I’ve changed DNS servers, played different games online, but just can’t get reqs to load tonight. Even t images for the message of the day don’t load, so I’m at a loss as to what isn’t working.
They have been having issues with the req system lately. I’ve found that closing the game completely and reloading it solves the issue. It has nothing to do with hard resetting your Xbox.

I know right! It’s like everyone just casually addresses this issue. I mean if we wanna play, we gotta deal with it? That’s a straight up f- NO…if 343 isn’t fixing these problems but yet release new weapon skins the obviously they only here for the money.
I admit today I did have REQ service problems even though I let it load before entering matchmaking. A few days ago wasn’t so bad but today is a bit worse. Luckily I’ve never had to hard reset.
No wonder a lot of players are being disconnected. And don’t blame their connection because it’s been this way for many month even for popular youtubers. You’re saying their connection sucks? Yeah…right…
