Anyone have Trouble with the Mark 4 armor?

I had beaten the game when the war games server was down. I did not get the armor. If you beat the campaign on legendary co-op you get the armor. I really want that armor and need help.

Needs to be online to achieve 100% Commendations for Campaign to unlock it

According to your service record you just need to beat ‘Reclaimer.’ Just repeat that mission (while connected to XBL) and you should get it.
