So I’m trying to download HW2 Ultimate Edition manage to get all the DLC downloaded just fine but when it comes time to try to install the game, it says installation stopped. Any ideas whats going on?

I’m downloading on the PC just fine but it refuses to download on the One for some reason (keep in mind I tried installing on the One first.
What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning off the console for a hard reset. Is it just time stamped to be available for download on the 17th?
Wish a Mod could answer this one.

It was available to download for the Xbox One last Friday.
Is there enough HDD space?
Whats the internet connection on the xbox.
Xbox system updates are the latest?
Yes, I have a 2tb external
Open NAT which has had no trouble downloading games (handled MCC)
Xbox is fully updated on the preview program with no glitches happening to my console.

Pre loading is up, i’ve already downloaded Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition.
Are you on WiFi or Wired?
Do you have any Packet loss - run a network test on the xbox one.
Might have to reformat the External, I’ve had games sometimes not installing on mine and i just reformatted it.

plugged it in the external after a reset and it downloaded.
