Yeah, title got tight there couldn’t add ? or space between Halo and 5 so, those who find those kinds of things annoying (like me) I’m sorry.
But i’m a huge elite fan and I’ve generally stayed away from Halo since the Elites got demonized and turned into mini rancor’s. Not to mention thrown out of the game.
Many of you might thin that is a crazy thing to do but since there aren’t any alien overlords left there isn’t really much of a reason for me to play Halo. I’m the kind of person who likes to have games that play totally different from each other. Now that the mobility and power creep is affecting all games now it’s becoming harder to even tell what game is different from the other besides it’s art style. Even a set controller layout has pretty much been established but that it’s a modern video game error.
One thing that brought me back to Halo was the ability to be an Alien badass. It also got me into Gears of War and had me playing Mass Effect 3’s MP for years, until my 360 crapped out on me 
To be fair, it can only handle so many all nighters.
P.S. Just think about how cool it would be if Sangheili got their own abilities as well. Instead of a ground like Evade, camo or even personal drop shield. 343i could make the play totally different from Spartans and even add in Promethean soldiers with their own abilities too but I can understand something like that would take time and would gladly pay for it in Halo 6.
Having these in custom games or even Warzone would be enough for me to hop back into Halo. Until then, I’ve got COG to stomp.
