HAVING ‘PROFILE SYNC ERROR’ WHEN TRYING TO CHANGE THE SPARTAN ID CONTENT LIKE SERVICE TAG/NAMEPLATE…
Having ‘Profile sync error’ when trying to change the Spartan id content like service tag/nameplate…
- go to the ‘Customize’ menu
- click the Spartan ID
- for example, change the ServiceTag
- the error message poped up.
the error text is: Profile sync error - An error occurred when writing to your Xbox Live profile. Please check your connection.
When i try to change the Nameplate, it’s also can not be equitted and poped up a samll message at the right corner of HUD, just like this:
the error text is: Equip failed.Try again!
So, I check my Xbox Live service, it show normal and I can also join the game match and make others customize such as armor/weapons/vehicle and body&UI.
Please help me find the reasons! It’s very annoying that I can customize my service tag and nameplates! Thanks a lot!
