Well i have never completed Halo Ce 
I started playing it yesterday and got up to The Library . Its so dark and covered with the flood. But im going to save the rest of the game till Anniversary.
Ps i have been a Halo fan since 2007 i still cant believe i aint completed it
I started Coop Legendary with my brother to relive the old days a bit. Once CEA comes out, we’re gonna go through it again with updated graphics.
Just started H:CE’s campaign on legendary once again only a few hours ago.
I’ve must’ve beaten each halo on legendary at least 10 times max, gotta love it.
im not its ben so long sence i last played halo CE i dont remeber much of it so its gunna be like playing a new halo game i dont want to spoil it
God, I really hope HCEA will offer the Boxer controller setting from Reach. Whenever I want to switch nades in H:CE now, I throw one. And when I want to actually throw a nade, I just keep switching back and forth between plasma and frags. I’ve died so often because of that by now, it’s not even funny anymore. ^^
My box is broke so I’ve been rocking it out on Halo 1 & 2 pc and custom edition.
I beat it and it was a great game like Halo 2 and 3.
I played through it again a couple months ago. Not touching it until CEA is out. Don’t want to ruin the campaign by already being somewhat bored of it.
I have always played CE, I still do every now and then to get a refresher from what Halo used to be.
I was just thinking about doing that. Like, maybe on “normal” to do a quick run through before heading right for Legendary on the anniversary edition.
I play all the Halo games in chronological order before a new one comes out. I play on Heroic so as to get the right feel for everything. It usually takes about 18 days so I start next Friday (5 days for Halo 2…).
Maybe. I was 11 years old when Halo CE came out. It got me into video games and it developed into a Halo obsession. My favorite game of all time. I can say its a safe bet I will be playing the original campaign one more time before CEA.
Sure some things have changed.
I’ll be playing with a Guinness and not a coke, but the fritos will be the same.
My wife will be yelling at me instead of my mom. I have to go to work in the morning instead of school, and I’ll be playing on an HD tv instead of a standard old box tv…
But what doesn’t change is that campaign…oh how I love it
I’m not going to play Halo:CE before I play H:CEA. The reason is that although I’ve played the original Halo countless of times since its launch, it’s been a while since the last time I did it. Here, my logic is that the game will feel even fresher, and some of the things I might have forgotten was in the original, I can now see with a new visual, enhancing the whole experience.

I’ve done something similar. I’ve been playing CE religiously for a decade, but when I heard about Anniversary I tucked my CE disk away and have been forcing myself not to play it.

there is really no point to replay CE now unless you can’t wait to the 15th to play it again, I can wait until then so no I won’t replay CE, I’m not even sure if I’ll ever play the original again either, not now when soon can play a much better version of it
