anyone getting a random error saying your fireteam

I was playing halo and it kicked me out of game because the fireteam had changed yet I was playing solo online and its get me banned wtf 343

I have gotten this error but only pre game, have not been kicked from games.

It just happened to me … 6 minute ban WTF ???
