was thinking if you rank up higher do your req pacs get better? And more chance at a legendary?
I would say that it’s random with Legendaries being a pretty small chance (Maybe like 5%) to get. I got a Fotus helmet in a recent pack, although I think that that one is just an ultra rare.

Agree they should have it to if you wanna test your luck try a pack or if you really want it unlock it threw rank or commendation

I just unlocked it last night. I never buy req packs and I decided to by one before I got off for the night, just for kicks. To my suprise it contained the locus helmet 
I just found my new favorite helmet
I really don’t like that helmet. The locus is ugly! I don’t want to look like a locust from gears of war! I want to look like… Like batman. Where is the batman helmet? We have power rangers, unicorns, transformers, Ninjas, gears of war locusts, but no batman. I’m returning this game.

Its way less than 5%
I got it from a gold pack few days ago. One of my favs but I don’t really like the white face/forehead it has. I’d like to have a full black/steel locus helmet.
You just gotta get lucky with a gold pack.

The only legendaries I have gotten are the Halo Channel emblem and a Warzone RP Boost (5,000+ in addition to the normal 2,000ish RP in one game!!!).
