Hi,
on my trip to tokyo this week I stumbled upon this “halo origin pack” but instead of the reach/anniversary one that shares the same name this one included a copy of halo 4, ce anniversary and the halo 4 OST. (not sure why its called origins in the first place.)
I got it for roughly €20 euros which seenmed like a fair deal to me since i got the triple pack for about 50 on ebay.
To my surprise however I cant find any trace of this bundle on the internet.
has anyone ever seen this bundle and what do you think its value would be for non japanese collectors?
heres a pic:
You can’t post pictures here unless you have the forum permissions.
Still, if you can link the photo to another site, I’d love to see it. Never heard of the Halo 4 / HCEA bundle. Seems kind of odd for them to bundle those two games together, since HCEA had Reach maps.
Only other reason I could think they are bundled together would be due to the fact that HCEA terminals focused and hinted on the storyline for Halo 4.
Oh thanks for pointing that out I put the full link now. H4 released only about a year after cea so maybe since both sales were still around peak point they bundled them into some sort of discount package… but the strangest part i thought is the name really. Maybe they thought “well that cea/reach origins bundle sold pretty well lets just make another origins pack for these two” without actually knowing the meaning of the word lol

I’ve never seen that bundle in any gaming store here in the US. Judging by the box language, it looks like it is a Japanese exclusive, hence why you found it in Toyko.
That’s definitely a nice collectors piece that I’m sure any Halo collector would love to have.
