I opened up the req store and it just says “Retrieving data”. I couldn’t even get reqs in Warzone. Is this a common problem?

Just exit game, go to the dashboard hold both triggers and press Y that will reset your dashboard which fixes that problem, if it doesn’t just reset your xbox
