I can’t seem to get Spartan Ops episode 7 chapter 1: “backup” on apex to start. It will always get to the loading screen (with the UNSC shield) and then revert back to the main menu with no error message of any sort.
online or offline, same thing. 
i tried resetting my Xbox, re-installing spartan ops “season 1.5” download,and re-installing my disk 2 “war games” content. i don’t think re-installing anything else should fix the issue. any suggestions?

Tried turning on and off your Xbox or tried to log out and log back in again?

yeah thats what i mean by 'resetting my xbox" i did it a bunch of times
