My company is trying hard to grind it out but I think it is going to take forever! We are recruiting members to grind out Achilles. We currently have 53 members and over half of us are onyx or champion. We are at least level 2 in all of our kill commendations. If you want to join us send a request
I think there is somewhere else on the forums where you can go and recruit other players for your spartan company, but where exactly I don’t know off-hand.
But to answer your question, if you have a near max capacity spartan company, the armor will be easier to get. The company I’m in has only ~50 members in it, so yeah, it’ll be a pain.
helmet is a pain, armor is not that bad
It took my company a little over five weeks to obtain the armor. Probably would have done it sooner have we gotten rid of the inactive members who we gave two weeks till we kicked out. First strikes is the main reason why it takes so long so my advice is to tell your members to try and obtain that first strike in every match. I think it may take us about two months from now to get the Helmet but that could be reduced if 343 adds team doubles.
All 53 of us are all pretty active members so hopefully we get it pretty quick
