I used to like going through the most downloaded screenshots in Reach to see the cool/funny screenshots, but then it became infested with stupid clan ads. I was hoping that the clans would go away in H4, but it seems to have gotten worse. There are more and more clan ads clogging up the most downloaded screenshots, telling me to “join our clan today!”
I know this isn’t a big issue, and that 343 has more important things to deal with, but it would be nice if it was possible to report clan ads for spam, or even just create a separate clan recruitment section to the file browser. Leave the screenshots to the people that make cool/funny screenshots.
I’m more annoyed with randoms sending clan invites midgame. If I could block incoming messages from people I’m not friends with, my enjoyment with Live as a whole would drastically improve.

It’s so annoying that I now make sure to “mute” them before blocking communications.
