Anyone else seeing weird Ghost physics?

So the other day I was playing a match on I think Recurve, and I was boosting in a Ghost over one of the perfectly flat sections of map which shouldn’t have caused anything to happen, strange or otherwise. As planned an enemy spartan runs round the corner followed by a hail of bullets directly into my path. Now not only did he not die (something which I imagine was an affront to the reaper himself given the circumstances), but my Ghost was launched vertically so high that I got a warning to return to the battlefield that managed to count down to 7 before I fell back inside the limits.

This is quite an extreme example, but more generally it seems very easy to cause Ghosts to perform excessive and totally uncontrollable air time and rolls across the map, especially considering that the spartan weighs about a ton and I can’t see the Ghost being a featherweight either. Anyone else see these sorts of physics from Ghosts?

tl;dr: Ghosts behave like hyperactive gymnasts and it’s annoying
