Anyone else really loving this game?

Right now, I am LOVING it. In my opinion, game play has never been smoother than it is now with the spartan abilities and clamber. I also love how competitive matches are even though I suck relative to a lot of people. Yes there are several valid criticisms of the game(deceptive marketing, short campaign, etc.), but I think in today’s culture where everyone seems to be a critic (myself included), we get so caught up in the faults of a game that we forget to celebrate the parts that really work. With all the critique and complaint threads, as valid as many of them are, I just thought I’d start thread to give this game some love.

So, who else is loving this game as much as I am and what are your favorite aspects of the game?

You’re actually able to play? I can’t even get a game going. I keep getting disconnected

I’m having a great time in the multiplayer at the moment

I wasn’t a fan of the campaign and for now there isn’t any other single player content, but multiplayer is very fun when it works and forge is amazing

I’m glad there’s some positivity in the forums, for once, lol.
But I agree. Gameplay is 10/10 out of the other Halos. Clamber is, imo, in the top 3 best mechanic changes. Warzone is amazing, even with the grind. Arena needs work on the matchmaking, though. It’s still fun, however. 343 really outdid themselves with this game after the tragedy that H4 was, other than the campaign.

Campaign: Needs a ton of work…

Loving Warzone. Arena FFA is a blast…whenever I can pull myself away from Warzone. I enjoyed the Campaign, actually playing through again for Achievements.

Still enjoying the game. Specifically WZ, would like new maps.

For months, I talked bad about this game when it was coming out. I even hated the beta. Then my friend came over with it, so I played it. Now I have it and love it.

Very disappointed with the champagne, and no split screen. The multiplayer is outstanding!

It’s fun. 343 has bad arena maps but they’re aren’t completely unplayable. Wish I had more time to play.

Its an great game and the gameplay is very smooth

But what bothers most players is disconnectiin and server problem it just never stops

And the UI is very slow especialy in warzone where you need to change loadout when yiu rank up your reqs

We need a PreSet Loadout option that you can set up at each req points

Am getting very tired at doing this:

Req 3 br - br longshot
Req 4 br kinect - br kinect longshot
Req 5 armor mod
Req 6 dmr
Req 7 dmr silent - dmr kinect

Each freaking game we have to do this…
This must be done much faster

I love it. Been playing Halo since day one and now get to play with my son. Looking forward to Infection and Firefight.

I liked it the whole time, but with the most recent updates with grifball and everything, I love it even more! :slight_smile:
It’s not a perfect game, but I do like the variety that’s there now.

Best console shooter ever. The 60 FPS makes all the difference. About a month ago I was playing Destiny with a buddy for a game or two and its 30 FPS made the game feel laggy and cheap. Going back to Halo 5 was soooo smooth.
