That Atroix holding the hammer and Spiker is the same pose he did in one of the Phoenix logs of him punching an ODST with an ODST?
Ah man, no one sees it? I thought it was pretty interesting how digital painting works…

The copy and paste is strong in this one.

Also all the Flood Infection forms are the same. You learn these things when digitally painting. Must have been hell to create a brush dedicated to Flood infection forms.
lol that is a bit cheezy, but I guess it helps save time and money. Business in business, good eye man.

Not the first time Halo did this, but this is the first time I’ve seen them do it without modifying Atriox’s body, like at all. Just the weapons.
Isn’t that supposed to be voridius

Technically yes, because Voridus is the one with the Infusion hammer, however they used Atriox’s model.
It’s just concept art. To relay a concept visually.
Mission accomplished.
To anyone who doesn’t know this happens all the time. Except usually it’s kinda hard to spot. Halo Wars 2 early concepts literary took stuff from past concepts and pasted them in. Easiest way to tell is like OP mentioned, the poses. Look at Spartan Assault artwork lol

I’m aware, digital paintings use shortcuts all the time I took a class on it. It’s just I personally thought it was cool.
