OP I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get it to unlock.
I had to go through MCC and scroll through all legendary completions in the mission select per 1-4, then it triggered my lone wolf legend achievements and a few hours later it appeared in the spartan customization here.
I will suggest you go and scroll through your legendary completed levels and wait a few hours.
The achievement was unlocked 1/9/15 (I believe) and it never unlocked the armor. Checked yesterday and I couldn’t select it.
I went into the halo channel app on Xbox and it seemed to unlock (hadn’t gone on in a long time prior). I’m not sure if it syncs when you log on or not, but that seemed to do the trick for me.
I beat Halo 1-4 along time ago and didn’t feel compelled to play through all of the campaigns on Legendary again. So… I will not be getting that particular achievement done anytime soon.

There are some tough spots for sure. but stick with it. I have beaten every halo game on legendary more than a few times. I still get stuck in a few places. Sometimes you have to take it REALLY slow and sometimes its just getting lucky and pulling off some bad -Yoink- moves at the right time.

I have the Legend achievement for sure. But no armor unlocked

Did that last night. Checked back on Waypoint this morning. Still nothing.
I haven’t and may never, just soo many things to do in some missions in Halo that aren’t worth doing 3-5 times to get all the achievements in my mind. Ton of work getting all chevos in MCC.

I have only done 1 mission on Legendary, seeing as I have been really busy over the past few months.
I would like to get the armor, but I do not have it currently.
(I do have time now, so I could perhaps work on it over the next few weeks.)
