Anyone else not getting the Gladiators Edge BR Skin and the Trophy Charm?

Have both unlocked on Twitch and even got all the other drops, but for some reason the BR Skin and the Charm aren’t showing up in game.

Glad I’m not the only one. I submitted a support ticket so I’ll see what they say.

I’ve given up tbh. My account says it’s set up correctly, however I never seem to earn anything from the Twitch drops. I think it’s a dumb idea to lock away content anyways, especially when Halo Infinite is already so lacking in it.

I still have twitch drops that didn’t unlock from months ago, but I can still see them unlocked on my twitch account.

They are claimed on my twitch, but I don’t have in game.

Same problem here. I got no problem with any other drops except for Gladiators Edge BR Skin and the Trophy Charm.

For some of you, did you watch the grand finals games? For the BR and trophy you had to watch those specific games, not just any time on Sunday.

I was confused when I tuned in on Sunday and the progress did not start. I then saw that it had to be the grand finals.

Also make sure you have connected your account to Halowaypoint.

Yes. As stated I have both of them claimed on Twitch, but they don’t show up in game.

And unfortunately Support says there isn’t anything they can do, but they sent the info on the issue to the Development team. So here’s hoping they fix this otherwise it’s kinda messed up to have Twitch drops that only half the people actually receive them.

Have you clicked “Redeem” on Twitch? I’m pretty sure you’ve got to do that first before seeing them in game.

Yeah. They have been claimed. Got all the other drops from the weekend except the BR Skin and the Charm.

That is so strange. It seems like it should be a problem for everyone or no one. They did not show up in mine right away, but the next time I started the game, they were there.

Do you “quit” HI when you shut down? Perhaps if you leave it open they won’t load? Whatever it is, I hope it works out.

Hey, Yes I’m in the same boat. Claimed everything; but BR &Trophy didn’t show up in-game. I re-linked my accounts everything but Twitch showed all checked marked as claimed. Got all the other amour and everything but the coating and Trophy. I created a support ticket hopefully we will get it. Such a good looking coating for the BR.

With Waypoint. I doubt Twitch could do anything to help with the items appearing in game.

I’m happy to hear that they’ve appeared for you. Sometimes ingame rewards take some time to be updated and uploaded to your account.
