So, I’m doing this for a friend (Who doesn’t go here simply due to the toxicity), seeing as I received the pack. My friend logged on after I told him about the free pack for H5’s birthday. He logs on, there’s no pack. I decided to log into Waypoint on his account to see if we can get the pack from there… Nope. So we wait a few hours, no pack. We wait some more, still no pack. So he goes back the next day and there’s still no pack. Is anyone else having this issue? Are they being distributed throughout the time the pack is available? I’d just like some form of answer. Thanks in advance.
I think you had to log onto Halo on Oct 27, the date of the 1 year anniversary. Did he log into Halo 5/Waypoint on the 27th?

I opened it on Oct 27, so I have no idea. You could also contact support? I don’t know.
Betting he didn’t log in to H5 or waypoint on the 27th. It was for the H5 birthday only.
Yeah, sorry, forgot to mention he logged on on the anniversary. I’m still fairly new to the forums myself and must’ve completely skipped over the support forums. Sorry about the inconvenience… 343i seriously needs a support team of some kind, I can’t rely on other players to resolve 343’s issues
Could the packs have been given out during 343’s specific time zone ?
Other than that i do not know why your friend did not receive the pack
