Anyone else not excited about Halo 4?

I have been wanting Halo 4 to be out since the announce of the game. However, after hearing what is happening to the game, I can wait.

1: Random weapon spawn locations. Come on, we go to specific locations to get weapons, not to “search” for the weapons. I like playing with my friends so we can decide who gets what weapon. Now we will have to spend our time looking for a weapon and probably get killed.

2: Joining during multiplayer games. I don’t like the idea. You could be playing against people are really bad beating them 45-15 and then they quit and “pros” replace them and end up winning 50-48. That just doesn’t seem right. Also if you were to join a game where you lose 2 seconds after you join, your win/loss would go down.

  1. Armor affecting gameplay. Maybe some make us faster, maybe some make us stronger, it’s not balanced if everyone has different speed/shields/damage/ammo. The higher ranks will of course have better armor and almost always beat the lower rank. It’s a good idea, but it’s not meant for halo.

I’m not saying Halo 4 will be a bad game, but I’m pretty sure it won’t feel like halo. This is just my opinion. Feel free to share yours :]

Do we care if ur not excited or halo 4?

party pooper, no cake for you

honestly this is stuff we haven’t heard before, you’re wasting your time

and if you say “bring it back to the way halo 3 was” or any form of it, halo 3 had AA’s, it was called equipment

sharing my opinion bro

Great, you already know about this. Do you know how the community feels about it?

I know!!! Wasn’t it great!?

I can’t wait! I’ve been waiting to play another good Halo game since 2010 and the few seconds of gameplay I saw already look better than Reach.

I dont want to be over hyped because its a brand new game so I dont want to make the same mistake like Halo Reach

I’m not not excited. I’m extremely worried.

That’s exactly what I’m thinking…

I’ve been waiting to play another good halo game since September 25th 2007.

and what about a “expanding market” don’t you understand. unfortunately halo is in a position where it has to change a little. developer’s have to change the game in order to get money and make it good so people will buy it.

and as for H3 AA’s (equipment) i liked it, proof that AA’s are not as bad as people say they are

It’s not as bad as it seems. The random weapon spawns aren’t truly ‘random’, truly don’t know how the join-in-progress feature will work, truly don’t know how load-outs will work. Though I am for not having load-outs, I am willing to see what they have to offer before making my judgment.

I agree that they have to add new things and make changes, but I think these changes are not meant for halo.

Equipment was good in h3, but not in reach. Maybe if they had abilities to pick up on the map?

I was going to cancel my halo 4 preorder after all these announcements, but then i thought “Maybe this game won’t be as bad as it looks?” I’ll decide if im getting it after e3.

that would be good

and the confirmed AA’s in H4 are jetpack, camo, and forruner vision
jetpack i’m not that excited about
camo, i hope it’s not like reach’s
forruner vision, i have no idea

IS AMOUR EFFECTING GAMEPLAY???

I’m just happy they are making another halo game. They could of stop at reach. I know its a different company and they are changing things. But I like how halo is going to go on for a few more years since we get three new games.

Completely Neutral on the hype meter.

Not to say I am not exited, but the game feels so far away “Holiday 2012” what is that 6-8 months away?

We get two vidocs revolving around Halo 4’s development and Halo 4 composer. Nothing to really get my adrenalin pumping or generate a long lasting feel of “euphoria” I will wait until we find out what this “Ancient Enemy” is, and handful of multiplayer gameplay.

Then I will either be totally gunhoe for Halo 4 (most likely scenario) or completely turned off.

I’m really excited for Halo4 sucks that you’re not.
