Anyone else miss the Pro Pipe from Reach?

The Pro Pipe took sometime for me to learn how to use this weapon effectively. It’s almost as fun as a no scope.

I miss the pro pipe. The sticky detonator somewhat replaced it in H4, but even that’s gone now. Would love to see it come back.

Loved the Reach GL. Pretty much everything from Reach.

I miss it, but only because it came with an EMP effect if you held the trigger. Ah, I love the good old days of makeshift landmines.

Yes. I want a way of actually having to try to emp vehicles. (Having a wraith drive over it then release)XD

It would be good in warzone, scare out some base deffenders.

Eh, not really. It was cool and all but I don’t miss it.

Actually I really miss the sticky detonator. It worked very similar but nothing beats shooting the enemies flag holder, letting them get into a warthog, and watching all of them die…

Pro pipe? I call it the sterilizer, no better way to clean a room or a corner of those “dirty blues”.

Yeah I miss it. I miss a lot of the old, real-worldy feeling weapons. Now we’ve got BRs with friggin’ kinetic bolts and DMRs with Sangheili sights…yeah I know march of progress but I miss the feeling of Halo weapons that were grounded in reality.
For the UNSC its always been “if it isn’t broken dont fix it”. And the GL was a perfect example of that. Practically ancient technology still doing work in 2552. Also it was mad satisfying to bounce one into a group of enemies and WHAM.

It was a pretty fun gun, not one I’d necessarily love to see return. It was certainly better than the sticky detonator, but I like the Hydra more.

I miss it sorely. Needle Rifle and Grenade Launcher are near and dear to my heart. We got a carbine variant to placate me on the former, but the latter… nothing. The Sticky Detonator was just the easy mode version, and the Hydra is basically a different beast entirely (more like a needler).

The Grenade Launcher was definitely my favorite weapon. Who knows though, if they are putting the Plasma Launcher back, a weapon from the same game, then we still have a chance.
