I don’t mean the Covenant as an entirety, just a faction. That’s what we’re fighting anyway, right? Just a faction of the Covenant?
It would be cool to fight alongside some of them, two groups pushing their differences aside to face a greater evil.

That actually wouldn’t be too bad, I thought it was cool fighting alongside the Elites in Halo 3, Although I don’t know if the Brutes, the Grunts, and the Jackals would feel the same way.
It could be possible, but for some reason, I don’t really see it happening.
That faction of the Covenant seems like another blind force led by lies of their leader, like the previous one.
I think Storm is too ignorant
I think we may be seeing a friendly faction later on, but I don’t think it’ll be in Halo 4.
It’d be kind of confusing in Halo 4, and as Tyrant 9 said, the Storm just don’t seem like Covies who would be willing to side with ua… even if there is a greater evil.
I sure hope so, I like the Elites.

Play halo 2 as the arbiter and you know how it feels, minus the brutes.
Never wanna side with any of the covenant except the arbiter.

I think he meant this by a canonical standpoint.
How would the other Covenant species feel about joining the Humans.
Yeah I really doubt that happening after their entire religion was destroyed then after years of factions fighting the new covenant(Storm faction)is established then when things are all high and mighty they send back the demon to beat them down once again.
My alliances are always of the moment. I’ll team up with another underdog just to take down a bigger opponent and then prepare for attack afterwards. If there is no quarrel afterwards, then peace prevails. If our we are still at odds after the common foe is vanquished, then fight we will.

Brutes are unconfirmed, Grunts follow whoever’s in charge, Hunters like Elites too much to not follow them, and Jackals follow whoever has the most money.
So they should follow.

Reminds me of “The Hunger Games” books.
There are often alliances, even when the tributes know there can be only one victor.
I enjoy to kill them. I’ve always wanted to put a bullet into Arbiters head.
I loved the moment in Halo 3 when you see the elites and humans in a hanger, together for the first time. An elite walks over, takes some human weapons, and than a human walks over and takes some Covie. weapons.
though I would love to fight along side with them again, I doubt it would happen in Halo 4. It wouldn’t make practicle sense for a video game. I agree will whoever else posted that we may team up with the Covies in another game.
