So I have already gone through an exchange for my Halo 4 because I’m having this really annoying problem. When I try to start the campaign, it always sends me back to the main menu, without a prompt or anything. When I try to load a level in matchmaking, it does the same thing. The only thing I can do in the game is watch the intro video, then I get sent right back.
I’ve tried uninstalling it, and installing the second disk right away. I’ve tried installing the second disk and then installing the first disk, and nothing. I’ve tried quite a few things.
Other xbox games work in the machine.
Any ideas? thanks
