For the past few matches, iv’e been outgunned by the DMR. Example: Me v other guy, we both have DMRs’. We’re both shooting head-shots, but he kills me in about 3 hits, while it takes me around 5-6. I know I hit him right in the head (Hell, I always aim there. It’s just so satisfying watching the medal pop up on the screen ^^) so I would assume somethings wrong, as we’re both doing the same thing. Is something off here? Or is this something new in TU?

Well it could be because you’re shields were already weak or were still recharging?
Is it possible you could have missed or got a couple shots somewhere other than the head?
Probably bad host or bloom
It’s bloom if you’re playing anything outside of TU ZB or MLG.
And hitting them in the head when they have shields up doesn’t do more damage than hitting them in the body.
Other stray bullets, explosions, whatever. Or just plain out DMR’d.
There are actually good players who can pace shots and do good with the DMR.

Nope, it happens every time (Have played many matches in TU- happens every time). Really weird idea, but maybe the DMR buff doesn’t work for me? I mean, it really does still take around 5 shots too kill somebody for me- they only shoot a few and i’m out. Iv’e also noticed all of these players has Inclement weather and the skull helmet…weird I guess. Should I stop playing TU?

Or maybe they’re just better than you. Or you’re getting teamshotted.

It probably only seems like their guns are stronger. You’d be suprised the amount of times the guy your facing down has a team mate who can shoot you just once and give his buddy a leg up against you. You’ll know crazy stuff like that will happen if your opposing team is all in a party and is rolling together. Chances are they’ll be great at team shooting.

Better than me? You can’t logically be better than someone who put’s his DMR to it’s max potential- shooting correctly. Teamshot? I doubt it. It’s usually been 1v1 encounters on maps like The Cage, where my foe will see me, shoot me 3 times, and i’m dead. I usually don’t even have much reaction time- it seems like they sped up it’s shooting rate as well (could be wrong, just seemed like it).

The TU hasn’t improved the DMRs damage
It could be funky host and by the time they get some shots in on you, you receive it as one big shot, but on their end they were shooting normally.
I’d like to see some clips of what you claim if it is indeed true.

Yes a clip would be helpful
Could be TU bullet bleedthrough. If your health is just a few pixels lower than you think, then that’s one less shot to kill you if you’re being hit in the head with each bullet.

Perfectly fine, sir. It’s just that what you are trying to explain seems to have never happened to us other users, at least not without a valid explanation viewable in theater. If you can back it up with clips then we’ll a mystery on our hands, Watson.
