I keep getting booted randomly from matches, I can’t even connect to the lobby, and at random times my REQ packs don’t even show up.
I’ve rebooted my Xbox at least three times, rebooted my router and even reseated my Cat6 cable…none of it works!. Now it won’t even sync my latest save data.
Update: It may be a Xbox Live issue because it won’t sync my data with Battlefront II.

Halo 5 has some weird connection issues from time to time from my experience. I have a wired fibre connection so it’s just servers.
REQS don’t always show straight away but after a match they show up again.
But like you said in the edit, I think a lot of your deepest issues are probably stemming from a XBL Service issue
I don’t whether it is my location or not (Australia) but up until a week ago I had been experiencing the same issues now not at all.
