Anyone else have this issue?

I have Halo 4, and my primary storage device is an Seagate external HDD, but when I try to go to theater or view other people’s file shares it doesn’t let me and say’s i need an Xbox 360 hard drive to use file share/theater. I would simply solve the problem by going out and buying a new Xbox 360 hard drive but I have a new xbox that doesn’t even use the old style hard drive? Is this a game issue or is it just me, because I want to download some maps and play custom games D:

If it helps i have the 4GB Kinect Console, and I’ve had no issues downloading and uploading custom content with previous games like Halo 3, and Halo Reach.

Buy the slim HDD not the old HDD?

Didn’t even know there was a Slim HDD? I have never saw it at any of my local stores?

I think it’s crap that I have to buy another hard drive just for Halo 4 variants, especially when I even have the game it self downloaded to it. All of my other games support using a removable storage device, and all the other previous Halos supported using a removable storage device.
