I put the disc in and the blu ray player app opens. Hard powered off several times, but every time the reach disc goes in, my bone thinks it’s a DVD/Blu-ray and says “unplayable”. No option to install, nothing…
The disc has a few small scratches on it sure, but I put it in my 360 and did a reinstall, disc worked fine and game plays fine on my 360.
Is the only 360 game that the bone won’t ready (albeit I’ve only tested Mass Effect 1 as an alternative). I know my bone has a few issues with dvd/Blu-ray playback but never with games.
Anyone had a similar problem with their reach disc? or is the console seriously that sensitive to scratches that it can’t tolerate one or two wear and tear ones from the 360?
I have an issue with Reach, but I have the digital copy. When I install it AND the map packs, it won’t load past the Bungie logo. However, if I just install the base game, I can play it.
So I think it’s the game itself, not necessarily the disc. Or maybe a combo of both.
I have the same problem and mine is brand new, no scratch
Haven’t installed mine yet, (I have the disc) but I will be doing so tonight and I’ll let you know if I run into the same problem or find a fix.

I have digital copy but DlC was on a different profile bit didn’t install it.
Sometimes when i reinstall it happens. So annoying ;s
i havent experienced these issues but i installed mine by disc a while ago
