Logged into the Master chief collection today and update popped up currently at 6% but i cant find anything on an update set for today
It’s the mystery patch. Since none of the patches that 343i had previously released were fully fixing the problems they said they would, they have now started releasing “SURPRISE!” patches. It’s up to the community to figure out what the patches fix and/or break from now on. It’s like a scavenger hunt.
This will truly bring the community together, I like this approach.
I think they are only letting a small portion of the community know about it at the moment b/c last update some people had issues downloading it. Seeing some feedback about the actual download before making it public to the world. Idk its a theory lol. Patch notes will surely be given out today though

How exactly is it a surprise? They announced an update for early this week, just the patch notes are a mystery right now

Exactly, that’s the surprise! Opening the patch is like cracking open a pinata. We knew it was coming, but what will come out? Bugs? Fixes? Playlist updates? Candy?

Its what happened last week. Just wait it out. It’ll prob jump up high in a bit
I’m on 40% and I’ve been waiting about ten minutes.

To be honest, matchmaking worked pretty well the whole time for me, so I can’t really tell, I’m sorry.

Downloading the update now, seems to be going smoothly. Came here looking for patch notes.
Took me about 30seconds to fully download it

It worked good for me too, only thing bad with my end was about 1 of 20 matches would be 4v5 which isnt bad at all IMO I wonder if we are getting all playlist back though or atleast a CE playlist
