Ok, so the Halo 4 Launch Gameplay Trailer came out recently. Its an amazing trailer by the way! However, I was kind of upset and curious at what was happening at 0:12 in the video. Check it out for yourselves. Once you realize what it is I was curious on asking why the hell 343 would include that in the trailer. I feel like that is something HUGE, and I was completely not expecting it to be in the game. I would have been excited to see this as I was playing the game, NOT in a trailer…

that’s what I thought at firs but figured it didn’t make sense, given that the game seems to only take place on FUD and requium. also in halo 3 did chief destroy all the halo rings by destroying that one or just that one?

He only destroyed that unfinished replacement for the ring form the first game.

That was just a replacement for installation 04, the ring we saw in Combat Evolved. The Ark can rebuild rings if they are destroyed.

Halo is just a title for namesake that they obviously couldn’t chance. Seeing that he landed on Requiem, we had no way of knowing that he’d find a Halo some way or another. This is actually pretty big news to people who know more about the Halo story. Not trying to offend you, but for many people this is quite a big spoiler.

I haven’t read Thursday Wars yet, but there is 7 halos so they were bound to show up eventually. Are you really shocked that they found another one?

I only go on Halo Waypoint, which should’ve been a spoiler free source. Microsoft bans people for leaking information, and waypoint leaks this, go figure. And when watching an official Halo 4 trailer, who expects huge spoilers…I’ve never heard of it
