ive been at 130 for awhile now. it gets boring staring at 130 everyday. new specializations would be nice just to keep us busy until the next game. new non specialization armors would be nice to maybe 343 could do something with the hayabusa armor that was shown off back in January i think. i know somehow they could work up a deal with team ninja (i think they tried before halo 4 came out but it didnt work out). overall i hope we can all agree that new specializations and armors should be released just to keep us busy until the next game. if 343 decides to not add anything than we at least deserve gift baskets of some sort.
Not with CSR out (even if it is online only)
Peoples CSR have been showing up inaccurate including mine. They should add a in-game ranking system (you know they could too lol)

Mine hasn’t had any problems luckily. I do agree it should be in game and I do know that could do it. I know they have said stuff about the UI not being able to or something and I normally don’t ever call people liars. However I have seen many games get updates that were pretty drastic (some games had UI overhauls) even Halo 3 had a major change to the ranking system.
I never cared for mindless xp based ranks.
CSR is the only thing that I care about. I’ve also started playing Halo 4 again, thanks to the CSR.
Before that, there was W/L, but JIP made it useless and 343i is shamefully hiding it under a layer of useless stats.
CSR would be better if it had in game features (to hard to explain in text) but its broken at this time for many people like people getting ranks reset some going down 5-10 levels for no reason it would be so much better for more in game content because in all honesty spartan ops is a lost cause. online is full of bs at times we all have experienced bs ik that. all we have to look for is specs and armors

A monitor mentioned once that your rank drops, if you don’t play regularly.

true but ive seen people loose there ranks in gametypes they play daily im just hoping the do something more with CSR because in all honesty i was looking forward to it since they announced it hoping it would also be in game but sadly it wasnt
Well, there’s Commendations and the armor you can unlock associated with them.
I’m currently chasing after Weapons Mastery.
Afterward, I’ll be going for Gametypes Mastery and the emblems associated with those.

- Plasma Pistol
- Concussion Rifle

If you ask me, the Customs are the problem.
We need more Custom/Forge options.

good luck on your task. the armor they have attached to the commendations are not that nice in my opinion i love protector honestly and recon surg is on my list of unlocks because its badass and the armor im wearing other than those im not to interested in the others

season 2 is still undecided because halo 5 is in production custom games will never be like halo 3s and online is fun overall but there is bs so i mainly stick to grifball

The more difficult Commendations should unlock amazing armor, unlike they do now.
Well, other than Protector DRFT and Recon SURG, as you’ve already mentioned.
In Halo 5, I wanna’ see a bunch of classic armor that are all difficult to unlock.
For example:
Vehicles Mastery Commendation > EVA
CSR 40 or higher in Team Throwdown > Mark V
Collect all skulls > Hayabusa
Etc.
Also, if 343 have issues getting Hayabusa into Halo 5, they should just give it a new name and a slightly different appearance.

most of the community just plays also but new armor to make your spartan more significant would be great ive been in lobbies were ive seen everyone have nearly the exact same armor and they were randoms no clan, coalition, community, nothing i just like to stand out in armor terms and if new specs are the only way to bring in new armor then they should doit

Forge.
There is a ton of stuff to do in the game if you want to.
And if you are done with Halo 4, that is perfectly fine.

WHAT is this really true!?!? That’s really stupid. If I get a 50 in a playlist I don’t want to play that playlist for awhile and work on another my 50 I got shouldn’t be lost while I’m working on another.

Well, if that be the case, I’d rather there not be a second season.
That way, 343 can focus on making Halo 5.
In my opinion, Halo Reach had the best Custom Games by far.
Halo 3 had a lot, but Reach had way more, and way better.
I almost never play Grifball.

right now im actually working on stances kinda fun actually mainly working on breach because it just looks badass

I heard there won’t be a second season of Spartan Ops. Also, I think Customs are fine the way they are. Customs are more fun than Reach’s and there are way more options in Forge, along with plenty of awesome new maps.
