Anyone else already burnt out?

I’m with you here. I’ve been burnt out with these playlists. I don’t pay any attention to challenges. If the game wasn’t so lacking in content, forge, playlists, a custom games browser, I would have bought out the battle pass by now, and probably a lot of the armor in the store. But I’m not spending that much money on a game that doesn’t even have 2 months worth of content in it. Maybe the playlists will change that… and if they ever give anything worth having for the weekly challenges then maybe I’ll be more motivated to do the challenges.

But as of now, nah chief, this ain’t it. You want my money, give me something worth my time in return.

nope not burnt out at all, but im not also one of those gamers that needs something new every week to “excite” me for a game. I honestly feel sorry for gamers that are like that.

I’m certainly there on PvP right now- Although if I got more matches that felt even half-right on SBMM, I think I’d feel a bit differently. There needs to be more variety and choice, and at least a playlist or two outside of Bot Bootcamp that doesn’t feel like a total sweatfest. Hopefully the Slayer Playlists coming this week improve the situation.

Nope. Burnout tends to be a personal issue and not much with the game.

You’re thinking of Firefight.

@topic: It’s not (just) the lack of maps and modes that kills my enjoyment of the game, it’s also the fact that I have to play stuff I don’t want. Slayer is mixed in with objective types, no way to separate zone control from asset denial, etc. They made such a great system for selecting gametypes in Halo MCC, why isn’t it also in Infinite?

Thanks. I had serious brain lock when I was typing and trying to remember the damn name of the mode. I played the hell out of Firefight back during original Reach’s release but couldn’t for the life of me remember what it was called.

Don’t get old kids.
