Just like the title of the post says, yesterday when the season restarted I noticed that a few higher level and higher ranked people in my company had their ALL TIME TOP CSR returned to unranked. I was just wondering why only some of our players had their all time top CSR reset while some of the others kept their highest rank achieved to show. For instance many of us where high Onyx and 2 of us had achieved Champion ranking but when the new season started all of those “ALL TIME” top ranks disappeared along with the season restart, but when i checked a few other peoples it was still their so it just confused me as i thought it may be a glitch or error. Hope someone has more insight on this topic and can help me out.
