Has anyone been so in the moment while playing Halo 4 that you react terribly at the last second out of panic?

grenade spamming hopelessly at an enemy when you know you’re in a confined space with teamates all around you??..meakly puts hand up

It angers me that you survive being stuck.
Some times when I’ve been a blue guy against reds some times next time I’m a red guy as soon as a team mate walks in front of me I start shooting but stop after a shot or two.
I’ve definitely panicked like that before! The first time I played Lightning CTF, one of my teammates walked in front of me, and I freaked out because I thought it was the enemy. I ended up betraying him because of it. 
Unfortunately…no.
but my friend has done it a few times to me.
