Anyone actually have a unique looking spartan in Infinite?

I don’t are if you did or didn’t pay, I just want to know if anyone actually designed a cool-looking spartan in Halo Infinite. I just always see spartans that look like they never done anything, or just use some HCS model. Rarely do I ever seen someone put on something that looks unique to themselves.

I am personally one to believe there are many unique looks that Infinite can pull off if people try, as I do it for myself occasionally for all the cores.I wonder if anyone can share as well.

I like to imagine the high-vis Spartans are the grunts of the Spartan community, in that they are targets for other Spartans to take less heat from.

Generally speaking, if my firing hand is pointing away from where the enemy is shooting, it’ll have less protection. The arm that is facing forward while holding a weapon is usually more protected.

If you get sniped in any other scenario, it’s potluck, and so having “equal symmetrical shielding” only adds weight and not really survivability.

“neon green symmetrical Spartan with a 80 kill count, that’s a bot, that’s a bot right there” - 681

Sadly no, I refuse to give 343 any more money cause it’s just a waste (of money). Plain and simple.:unamused: Tear down the Paywall 343!!!

Armor coating make Spartan’s all look similar to me.

I’ve not seen a truly unique Spartan in this game. Due to the color options everyone basically looks the same. The patterns and colors even on the most dect out spartan just make them look the same and totally boring.

Then it doesn’t help that a piece of armor comes out in the store and everyone and their mother starts to rock that same piece all week. It’s just lame

There are a few, but it’s the rare armor bits and pieces that only a few people who were completely wreckless with their money bought.
And that was the plan all along. You want to be different fork over your sweet sweet credit card

And they say roleplay is dead.

Sure is a shame that unlike past Waypoint by Bungie, that allowed you to load your Spartan, emblem, medals, tags, and stats, there’s no current way to do that for MCC and Infinite in your browser. You could technically do it for 4 and 5 too, but not as good. It would make it a lot easier if we could click on people’s profiles on this forum and see their Spartans and stats, but 343 is 343

In other words, you dress all black.

It’s difficult to make unique Spartans when there are so many restrictions on how you can customize your armor. It’s really limited.

I have a few set ups that I feel look solid, but have yet to make one that feels like it’s “me” currently.

The biggest hindrance is the coatings though in general. If you’re looking for particular colors, have fun waiting for probably years till something even remotely close comes out!

That only because most armor coatingst are hidden behind a paywall. I create unique looking spartans when I can. You wont see any with normal colors.

Best thing to do is to upload it to either Steam or imgur, but there are some ways to upload your Spartans. Here’s the three I use, two of which are only different due to liking two different coatings:

Spartan #1

Spartan #2

First two are just the same armors with different coatings. I like the second one a bit more because it has a little more color too it, and a not overly used black. But I feel the first one is probably better due to not standing out nearly as much as the second.

Spartan #3 ( Rarely used )

Waiting for missing pieces I want for Mark V, and better coating options if they’ll even include more down the line. Because I would like to use the Mark V Core more.

Unfortunately no. My spartan took ages to get all the stuff I currently have but it is only using common armor pieces that literally everyone seems to use. It honestly sucks as all the cool stuff is behind a pay wall.

Most people seemly use the same armor pieces that ever one else does. There really has never been a unique looking spartan in MP since Recon in Halo 3.

i guess they can’t afford to.

To be perfectly honest, I don’t think there was ever a Halo title that had this concept that was overtly functional in practice.

The Spartan was unique to the player, not unique in a general sense.

I really don’t see many spartans that look like me. I rarely see the same configuration.

Really don’t know what y’all are on about.

Pretty much the same here.

Lots of interesting configurations and mixing of colours.

Much better than Halo 5 where pretty much everyone was black or white with red, green, or gold trimmings.

And the only armour / helmet set up of note was that obnoxious FOTUS one.

Ugh, yeah. Always the black and red. The ultimate, “Ah, so they don’t have any taste.”

I’ve always rocked a blue/white/black paintjob with a silver visor, whenever possible. Right now I’ve got that playoff cloud 9 skin because it’s got that beaaaauuuutiful gold trim and black camo and that is just… absolutely gorgeous. Not a huge fan of the neon blue lights, but Locke had them so it doesn’t even feel too out of place.

Generally speaking I like my armor, but my ideal setup is…

Blue main
White secondary
Gold trim (like GOLD gold)
Black accents/standard pieces
Silver visor (the Yoroi silver visor from the store was an AWESOME investment for this! Nobody uses it!)

And that makes me happy. But sadly… We just do not have those options yet. But if I ever get that, preferably with a metallic sheen to it? Or a clean slate look? THAT will be my main color scheme.

I’d say yes. Especially on Rakshasa and Mark V [B]. Entrenched is up there too, and Yoroi is alright. Mark VII I have seen others, but I changed my coating since then and haven’t seen any dopplegangers since (even using Primal Glory).
