If you join someone who has done the laso campaigns and still has the checkpoints,then you will be able to get the achievements without having to do the missions

I had my own checkpoint saves at the end for each halo but the last update (years ago) removed my checkpoint saves.

Yeh they reverted to the first mission of each game.
