Does anybody notice how every day Frank O’Connor logs onto Xbox Live, goes to a menu in Halo: 5 and then just idles there for hours? What’s he up to? I don’t trust him, his lurking habits or his glossy head.
Could be developing something for Halo 5. Or maybe he just sits down and is like “Ahh… time to enjoy some Halo” then gets called to do something and is like “Crap, ah well I’ll finish that quick and come back and play later” but then never gets around to it.

Since he probably plays a dev build version of the game, he is probably accessing some kind of dev tools that are built in there for employees at 343. Could also be checking playlist activity or internal game code.

He likes to watch the grunt spiral through space, over and over… because it’s funny.

Im friends with a 343 employee and he also just sits in a lobby for hours. Probably working on something (playing a new map etc) and instead of it telling you the name of the new map it just says “in a lobby” to be secretive

Maybe because he can do whatever he damn well pleases with his time. Sometimes I fire up a game with the intent to play, but end up arguing on the internet instead for hours while the menu music plays in the background. lol
