Basic breakdown

Find a box sticking out of a river of lava
Shoot the box
You will hear a RvB voice
Continue until you hear Palmer ask for an response or answer
Shoot the box again
You unlock the achievement

I found it and i was rolling on the floor laughing.

I got it, but I don’t even remember how I did it or what it was. I just got the achievement alert and completely pulled a Caboose.
