Anybody else just a little excited for season 2

I cant help just get a little excited for season 2 even if theres not to much like I really hope the Battle pass has more stuff in it this time othen then a lot of exp boost I am happy we are getting 2 armor cores.

And the maps I just cant wait to be on a different battle field.

I am a little disappointed infection isn’t coming yet but i did see a leaked helmet thats got flood popping out the visor so i think it’ll be worth the wait at least they wont look like halo 5 flood.

Hopefully id like to see some new guns going into the summer.

Eh, I’ll get excited when they fix desync. Not before.

Ya thats been getting really annoying recently especially with the grapple hook just for some reason stops or cuts after a second after shooting

Other then that im jumping over holes and instantly teleporting to the bottom

Nope.

I will see if 343 actually does anything good to fix this game.

If not, then I will be back for Season 3 and Forge.

It would be nice to know when season 3 is coming

I’m excited for the new maps, surely they can’t be as bad as launch site, right??

1000% agreed such a uneven map

Season 2 is suppose to run for 3 months. So season 3 will be coming in August.

If i remember correctly, they said early on that Season 1 was gonna be 6 months to help them get content ready for season 2 and then all other seasons would be 3 months.

Translation: anybody else getting their hopes up?

I would assume infection would launch with forge, as they pretty much go hand in hand.
And yes, I am pretty excited for season 2. Honestly, im excited for even the smaller content drops becuase of how fun this game is (when netcode isnt getting in the way).

Im optimistic for a little bit of content hardly getting my hopes up

Yeah more challenges ill probably just ignore them anyways

Nope, pre-launch I was cautiously optimistic given that this isn’t the first time 343i have hindered a Halo title at launch with a lack of content & overlaying problems

Being burned again, I just don’t care anymore, Halo has lost it’s foot-hold and I don’t think, even after every problem is addressed, it can recover to a place the series once was, irreversible damage has been done to Halo.

Looking forward to changes such as buffing weekly ultimate rewards (removing emblems and backdrops, and increasing the amount of skins and visors) and less situational challenges (get 5 killjoys, kill an enemy who’s attacking a teammate from far away, etc…)

I’m excited for the new weekly rewards being relevant as well as the battle pass now having credits. They’re small steps but their in the right direction for longevity.

And God I’m glad we’re getting a watchdog fix, I could shake someone’s hand at 343.

Super excited. I am still having a blast with Infinite.

I did complete the Battle Pass very quickly last year, so it will be nice to see progression again after few months of limited event progression only.

I’m not, mainly because a BP/shop seems to be the only thing added. And new maps to basically run the same process as things have been since the game launched, but nothing else?

Where is this excitement supposed to come from???

I’m more optimistic for Season 2 than I was after hearing that it was delayed, I’ll tell you that much. Season 3 has my real intrigue, but I’m still excited.

Honestly? No.

2 new maps will be nice don’t get me wrong but there is still no fixes for the issues that have chased away the playerbase already.

Desync will still be a thing as will 1997 style 100+ ping servers.

Having a heap of emblems won’t negate the fact the game is fundamentally broken right now.

Another two cores? I suppose that means you will be selling blue for the 4th and 5th time to people? No thanks.

Perhaps it’s just me but I fail to see any reason at all to get hyped for season 2. I definitely won’t be purchasing a pass.
