Any word on a fix for crash to dashboard issue?

Starting on Sunday, my game started crashing during custom games. The screen would freeze, the sound would lock up, and then the game would quit to the dashboard. It got progressively worse as the day got on until, by Sunday night, I couldn’t play campaign or view videos in theater without it crashing. I uninstalled/reinstalled the game, managed to get a full game of Rumble in last night, and now it’s back to crashing about 45 seconds into any activity.

Has there been any word as to when this will be fixed? I can deal with long matchmaking, UI, and party issues. But I can’t even PLAY the game right now. And I know it’s just the game because I’m playing Destiny right now just fine. But it’s not the game I want to play. :frowning:

I have this happen to me every hour or so. I’d assume it’s one of the next targets on the patch list.

I really hope so. I could tolerate the occasional crash (I shouldn’t tolerate it, but I could), but it’s literally every time I boot the game. It’s literally unplayable until it’s fixed.

This was happening to me more than ever on sunday. It got so bad that it froze up and wouldnt exit to the dashboard. Only way to exit was to hard reset the xbox. Only to find that the Xbox wouldnt come back on after the hard resest. I am currently waiting for an advanced exchange console to arrive and wont be installing TMCC until 343i fix the game
