Lol, I don’t think 343 would ever do free gold packs other than super special occasions such as the HW2 beta. They just wanted to give more people incentive to play it. Usually the only time you get free packs, it’ll be a silver.

Yes, you can get anything in this game for free, including pay only content (for real, I’m being serious)

I made a thread about a few weeks ago about how to get the warzone and arena req packs for free, but some of those methods also work for getting free gold or silver packs.

I just used 290 points from my Bing rewards to get a free gold pack today. I used 2899 Bing rewards points to get 12 months of Xbox live free back in April (it takes a long time to build up that many)

Mega Bloks or Todd McFarlane toys have Req packs that come with the purchase.

I do this all they time. $3 every 10 days.

Level 145 and have everything unlocked in the game, didn’t pay a dime either. The strat that worked for me was just playing. I got lots of free gold packs, use your boosts too.

I heard a rumour that if you play Halo 5 long enough, you can get loads of packs for free
