Vengo del Soporte de Xbox, ya que tengo Problemas con el multijugador de halo 5, Como No encontramos solución me mandaron hacia esta pagina.
Mi error es el siguiente: No se puede Encontrar un servidor adecuado Para Todos los Miembros de tu equipo. ( solo estoy yo, no hay nadie mas en mi equipo).
Después me hicieron comprobar mi Nat y esta esta en abierto. y después en privacidad, de adulto a personalizado, las pruebas de conexión, borrar mi perfil y apagar mi xbox desde la raíz.
Después de apagar mi Xbox desde la raíz, me apareció lo siguiente:Error al autorizar a este usuario con servicios de Halo 5: Guardians, no podrás acceder a los modos en linea.
Halo 5 lo tengo en disco.
Soporte de Xbox me mando a que me proporcionaran mas información acerca de este ultimo error.
Halo is multi national and the only way for anyone to geg help from 343 is on this forum but you only deal with english posts. What a joke. This company makes millions off us then just forgets us. This support forum.is a joke. The moderators are a joke. How about getting is solutions.

I have the same problem. Nobody has a definitive answer or solution. I just buy this game to play online and enjoy with my friends, but now I’m so dissapointed
Ya hay solucion a ese problema ? estoy sin jugar hace una semana
So someone can come in to edit posts, but nobody can actually answer OP’s question? This doesn’t bode well for the rest of us with issues. I guess this is just a crowdsourced troubleshooting forum and any real issues just get ignored =/

A direct number to 343 would be good.
Whenever I contact xbox support, they just tell me the normal standard stuff: restart console, reset modem, uninstall/reinstall…nothing beyond that.
Not really helpful for Halo 5 “retrieving data” issues.

Ya Xbox Support is hit or miss. I usually tell them I did all the usual steps when they tell me to do that to speed up the process. They told me once to fix my REQ pack issues that I need to factory reset my console. I told them I’m not going to do that and they told me then that they could no longer help me and hung up.

Lol, how on earth would a factory reset of the console affect a specific game??

Might Clear cache. But I’d contact Xbox again if the issue is persisting. 1-800-469-9269
Problemas en multijugador Halo 5.
Hola tenia el mismo problema “No se pudo encontrar un servidor adecuado para todos los miembros de tu equipo” y no podia buscar partidas en arena ni en warzone,
trate los siguientes procedimientos sin encontrar aun una solucion para poder jugar en matchmaking:
- Reinicie el juego, el Xbox y el modem y no funciono.
- Cambie los DNS en el Xbox por el 8.8.8.8 reinicie el Xbox y el modem y no funciono.
- Desinstale el juego y los volvi a instalar y no funciono.
- Borre el perfil del Xbox y lo ingrese de nuevo y no funciono.
- Apague el Xbox lo desconecte durante una hora y al encender e iniciar el juego y no funciono.
- Llame a mi proveedor de internet y revisaron todas las configuraciones de seguridad del router le ejecutaron un reset de fabrica y luego de configurarlo de nuevo con DMZ, con el firewall apagado aun no funciono.
Luego de todo lo anterior opte por conectar mi Xbox a la red compartida wifi por los datos moviles de mi iphone y funciono y pude jugar (Casi lloro de la alegria poder jugar por fin una partida), entonces ahi me di cuenta que el Xbox ni el juego eran el problema si no la conexion, entonces llame a mi proveedor de internet otra vez para verificar mas configuraciones estuve en la llamada mas de una hora, tratando cuanta configuracion se nos ocurriera ya que di con la suerte de encontrarme a un tecnico que tenia una PS4 y sabe como esto del servicio de internet, pero aun asi no funciono nada de lo que se hizo por eso no lo menciono aqui.
Ya como ultima opcion que yo tenia, hasta pense en cambiar de proveedor de internet ya que para que pago si no puedo jugar; entonces llame de nuevo a mi proveedor y como mi router ya tenia 2 años en funcionamiento en mi casa pedi el cambio de router y me lo programaron para el dia siguiente, no veia la hora de que lo cambiaran y poder ver si se resolvia el problema y asi poder jugar, ya al siguiente dia luego de llegar del trabajo lo primero que hice fue encender el Xbox y abrir Halo 5 buscar partida y FUNCIONOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO si pude jugar, ya se presento luego lo del problema con Xbox live pero eso es cuento aparte.
Por eso amigos jugadores de Halo 5 (Hermoso Juego, que me gusta mucho), si tienen el problema de “No se pudo encontrar un servidor adecuado para todos los miembros de tu equipo” PIDAN CAMBIO DE ROUTER A SU PROVEEDOR O CAMBIEN DE PROVEEDOR POR UNO QUE SEPAN QUE TENGA ALGUN AMIGO QUE NO TENGA EL PROBLEMA.
CAMBIEN DE ROUTER FUE LO UNICO QUE ME SIRVIO.
Halo 5 multiplayer problems.
Hi I had the same problem “Could not find a suitable server for all your team members” and could not find items in sand or warzone,
try the following without even find a solution to play in matchmaking:
- Restart the game, the Xbox and the modem and it did not work.
- Change the DNS on the Xbox by 8.8.8.8 restart the Xbox and the modem and it did not work.
- Uninstall the game and went back to install and run.
- Delete the profile of the Xbox and enter again and it did not work.
- Turn off the Xbox disconnect for an hour and when you turn and start the game and did not work.
- I called my ISP and reviewed all the security settings of the router you executed a factory reset and then set again with DMZ, the firewall off even did not work.
After all of the above may choose to connect my Xbox to the network share wifi for mobile data on my iPhone and it worked and I was able to play (I almost cried for joy to play finally a match), then that I realized that the Xbox or the game were the problem if the connection, then call my ISP again to check more settings in the call was over an hour, trying how many settings we could think since I found lucky to find a technician he had a PS4 and knows how this internet service, but still do not run anything that was not why I mention it here.
And as a last option I had, until I thought about changing ISP and that I pay if I can not play; then call back to my provider and my router already had two years running in my house pedi changing router and I scheduled for the next day, I could not wait for that change and see if the problem is solved and so to play, and the next day after arriving home from work first thing I did was turn on the Xbox and open Halo 5 look game and FUNCIONOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO if I could play, and then present what the problem with Xbox live apart but that is another story.
So friends players Halo 5 (beautiful game, I like a lot), if they have the problem of “Could not find a suitable server for all members of your team,” ASK CHANGE ROUTER TO YOUR SUPPLIER OR CHANGE OF SUPPLIER FOR ONE TO KNOW YOU HAVE A FRIEND WHO IS NOT THE PROBLEM.
CHANGE OF ROUTER was all served me.

Tuve el mismo problema por solo unos momentos pero eso se debió a que anteriormente había habilitado ciertas protecciones en el firewall del router por lo cual me aparecia el mensaje y es que bloquea ciertos puertos que uliliza para conectarse a los servidores de halo, no importando si tu NAT es abierta, por lo cual les sugiero que chequen los puertos que tiene bloqueados su modem o router, independiente de los puertos que se abren para el servicio de XBOX LIVE
