Setting up your console to play and going off to do something else while you grind XP ruins the game for people actually trying to have fun/grind the correct way. It’s heavily discouraged by players and even 343. It doesn’t only happen in Halo games, but it’s been happening a lot lately as people are getting tired of grinding for 152. Way I see it, if you can’t put the actual time/effort, you don’t deserve the 152 reward.

so, they are playing mythic, but i think that xp for them don’t worth the time,

Not really the point, whether it’s worth it or not, they’re still being rude and ruining the game for others, people actually trying to play to win
