The last entry in the forums was on 12/22 has there been any developments on the issue. I pre-ordered HW 2: Ultimate on the 28th and should have received a code by now. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
contact the support of microsoft, go on the email of the preorder then in the summary of the order then you should be able to contact the support
I used the online support who told me to phone up but they just said you have to wait, very anoying i’ve already waited a week
